Pedro Parra y Familia Pencopolitano 2016
Pencopolitano is a red blend from 6 different vineyards, all of them Old vines, from Cauquenes and Itata. All the vineyards are composed with red granite soils, dry farmed, and many of them field blends. The wine is about red fruit flavours and complex soil notes along with hints of chamomile. In the mouth the wine shows an incredible mineral attack from the granite soil, very fresh and long. This wine holds natural acidity.
