Bérêche-&-Fils Brut Reserve
The range begins with the Brut Réserve, composed of roughly equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, along with about 30 percent reserve wine from the previous three vintages. It typically shows full, fruity notes of citrus, apple and quince, and as with all of the estate's wines, malolactic fermentation is avoided. A light, supple and accessible wine, best served at a temperature comprised between 8 and 10°C. You will enjoy its creamy and dense texture, typical of its full maturity. The Brut Réserve is our signature piece and has to be recognizable in any circumstances. We chose a balanced dosage of 9 grams/liter in order to keep a ripe and bitter finish that matches the Champagne Terroir".
