Dense ruby color with hints of garnet. Bouquet comprising blackcurrant conserve spiced notes and forest fruit. Warm complex tannic palate with mild notes of vanilla. Ideal with grilled meats, roast lamb and pigeon and mature cheeses.
Shows fine depth, featuring spice, smoke, blackberry and plum flavors. Balanced on the firm side, with polished tannins and a lingering aftertaste. Best from 2017 through 2025. 3,200 cases made.
